Should you choose to cancel earlier, previous charges won't be refunded but you can cancel your subscription and stop future payments at any time.

You agree to the Viral Marketing Stars®️’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, License Terms, Refund Policy, and Automatic Renewal Terms above.

SUMMARY: As an agency license partner you can: 

  • Create content on behalf of your clients's accounts - unlimited accounts, unlimited times. 

  • Download the templates on your client Canva account only if you have made it explicitly clear (and agreed in writing) that they are not allowed to sell, loan, or give away the templates or allow a third party to use them in any way.

  • Promote and share your relationship with Viral Marketing Stars®️ - as an "Agency License Partner of Viral Marketing Stars®️" and you have a license to use our templates to create content on behalf of your clients.

  • Get the chance to be listed on our upcoming Viral Marketing Stars® Agency License Partner Directory (T&Cs apply).

YOU CANNOT: 

  • Use any templates you do not own a license of. (e.g. you must have bought / or to must buy the Viral Content Club®  to use the Viral Content Club® collections templates). 

  • Share any of the PDFs / trainings / materials and content that are included in any of our Viral Marketing Stars®️ products. 

  • Share your login details with anyone else outside of your company. 

  • Sell, loan, or give away the templates (or make any derivative work from them for sale, loan etc.) or allow a third party to use them in any way that would infringe on our intellectual property rights. 

  • Use the templates to create design packages and products to sell or include as a bonus in your offer. For example, you cannot sell a pack of 30 templates that anyone can download or buy (with or without customized tweaks). You need Re-Sale White-Label license for that. 

  • Include our templates in any of your free or paid offers in any way, shape or form. 

  • Claim you are the original creator of the templates or content we share (even if you have modified our templates significantly). All rights reserved. Copyright remains with Viral Marketing Stars®

You understand that copyright of all our materials remains with Viral Marketing
Stars® and is not transferred to you or third parties.

You understand that we reserve the right to terminate your agency partnership agreement with us or your listing in our Agency Partner Directory if we find out that you engaged in any illegal or unethical business practices. Integrity is everything to us.

  • 🚫 Share our template files, PDFs, trainings, systems or membership logins with anyone outside of your organization.
  • 🚫 Sell, loan, or “Frankenstein” our downloadable templates into something for resale (that’s called a white-label or re-sale license - different thing). E.g. you can’t sell / share / gift a pack of 30 templates for people to download.
  • 🚫 Include our templates as bonuses or free/paid resources in your courses, offers, or bundles.
  • 🚫 Pretend you made them from scratch and claim creative credit or copyright. Even if you tweaked the colors and added your dog’s name, it’s still our copyright.

 

 

FAQs

1. So how does this work exactly.

You sign up. We ask for your business name. You fill out a quick form. We hand you a fancy agency license certificate that basically says, “Yes, I can use these templates for my clients without getting side-eyed by copyright karma.”

Once that’s done, you’re free to use the templates you own (or buy) on behalf of your current or future clients. The license renews yearly - cancel anytime, just give us 5 business days’ notice.

2. Can my team have access to the templates, too?

Your team can absolutely download and work on the templates to be used for your clients. We’re not militant about numbers of eyeballs here.

However, for efficiency’s sake as well as legal reasons, we are currently unable to provide them with their own separate logins to access the materials or add them into the user hangout space on Facebook. They can still use yours as much as you’re willing to let them, of course.

3. Can I use this license with any products outside the ones listed on the page?

Not without prior written permission from us.

The AI Content System® templates? Yes. But if a product isn’t mentioned on this page, assume it’s not included.

4. Can I include the templates in digital products / bundles / freebies?

No, as much as we love a good bundle, this license wasn’t built for that. The Agency License is for done-for-you customized client services only. If you want to include our templates in a product or freebie, you’ll need the White-Label or Re-sale License instead. Serve with them, yes. Resell or gift them? Not with this license.

5. So what services can I provide with your templates?

Basically, anything that falls under “custom done-for-you” content magic:

  • Social media management
  • Content creation (graphics, reels, captions, the whole shebang)
  • Content organization (hello, Notion wizardry)
  • Content repurposing (one post, five ways? Yes please)
  • Launch content planning & creation

  • The copyright of all our designs stays with Viral Marketing Stars®. But we grant you a license to use them for commercial use on your clients' accounts.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your (or anyone’s) agency license at anytime if we find out you’ve engaged in any illegal / unethical / sketchy business practices. Integrity is kind of a big deal around here.
  • Oh, and we might update these terms from time to time. Gotta keep things fresh.
