  • 🚫 Sell, loan, or use our systems and templates for resale or derivative work (that’s called a white-label or re-sale license – different thing and higher fees). E.g. you can’t sell / share / gift a pack of 30 templates for people to download or an AI course for them to learn from using our workflows. 
  • 🚫 Include our templates as bonuses or free/paid resources in your group coaching, courses, offers, masterminds or bundles. 

 

FAQs

1. So how does this work exactly.

You sign up once. We ask for your business name. You fill out a quick form. We hand you a fancy agency license certificate that basically says, “Yes, I can use these templates for my clients without getting side-eyed by copyright karma.”

Once that’s done, you’re free to use the systems / templates you own (or buy) on behalf of your current or future clients. The license renews yearly - cancel anytime, just give us 5 business days’ notice.

2. Do I need a separate license per each product? 

No, this agency license works across ALL products you own from the following list:

3. So what services can I provide with your templates?

Basically, anything that falls under “custom done-for-you” service 

  • AI or Marketing consulting 
  • AI systems setup (e.g. Creating an AI Copy Clone, AI Twin, AI Video Twin etc.)

  • Content creation (graphics, reels, captions, the whole shebang)
  • Content organization (hello, Notion wizardry)
  • Content repurposing (one post, five ways? Yes please)
  • Launch content planning & creation

  • Ongoing retainer packages
  • Strategy + execution packages

As long as you’re using the templates to serve, not to resell, you’re golden.

4. Can my team have access to the templates, too?

Your team can absolutely download and work on the templates to be used for your clients. We’re not militant about numbers of eyeballs here.

However, for efficiency’s sake as well as legal reasons, we are currently unable to provide them with their own separate logins to access the materials or add them into the user hangout space on Facebook. They can still use yours as much as you’re willing to let them, of course. 

5. Can I include the templates in digital products / masterminds / courses / bundles / freebies?

No, as much as we love a good bundle, this license wasn’t built for that. The Agency License is for done-for-you customized client services only. If you want to include our templates in a product or freebie, you’ll need the White-Label or Re-sale License instead. Serve with them 1:1 clients, yes. Resell or gift them to groups? Not with this license.
 

 

Just a few disclaimers:

  • The copyright of all our designs stays with Viral Marketing Stars®. But we grant you a license to use them for commercial use on your clients' accounts.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your (or anyone’s) agency license at anytime if we find out you’ve engaged in any illegal / unethical / sketchy business practices. Integrity is kind of a big deal around here.
  • Oh, and we might update these terms from time to time. Gotta keep things fresh.
  • You understand you are also bound by our General Terms of Service here.
